Client (LandlineRemover.com Customer) shall pay for all credits purchased and hereby authorizes LandlineRemover.com (and its payment processors) to debit Client’s bank account or charge Client’s credit card, as indicated upon purchasing credits.
The client acknowledges that credits purchased are non-refundable and must be used to access and use the services provided by LandlineRemover.com. Credits have no expiration date and remain available in the Client's account until they are used.
The client agrees that credits are not subject to automatic renewal and are not part of a subscription model. Clients must actively purchase additional credits to continue using the services offered by LandlineRemover.com. The client shall also be solely responsible for paying and remitting to the appropriate tax authorities all applicable taxes (e.g.,withholding tax, sales tax, services tax, value-added tax (VAT), goods and services tax (GST), and other duties imposed by any government entity or collecting agency).
In the event the Client fails to satisfy its tax and/or duty obligations herein, the Client shall reimburse LandlineRemover.com upon demand for any taxes and/or duties paid on behalf of the Client and shall defend, indemnify, and hold LandlineRemover.com harmless against any claim and/or liability (including penalties) resulting from the Client’s failure to pay such taxes and/or duties.
Client (LandlineRemover.com Customer) acknowledges that credits purchased are spent on a pay-per-use basis and cannot be canceled or refunded once purchased. Clients are responsible for managing their credit balance and usage.
LandlineRemover.com operates on a pay-per-use basis with credits purchased by the Client and does not offer a free trial. Credits are billed in advance and are non-refundable; no refunds will be issued for any credits purchased. There will be no refunds or credits for unused credits, or for any other reason. In order to treat everyone equally, no exceptions will be made.
LandlineRemover.com does not operate on a subscription model; therefore, there are no recurring fees or automatic renewals associated with the use of its services. Clients must purchase credits to use the services and are encouraged to purchase only what they need.
