LandlineRemover.com provides a suite of tools and services for identifying and managing landline contacts. These services may include but are not limited to, database management, data analysis, and related support services.

5. Payment and Fees
LandlineRemover.com is a pay-per-use service where you purchase credits to access the services. All payments are non-refundable. Please refer to the Payment and Fees section for more details.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Service in any unlawful manner, or in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you agree not to:
(a) access the Service, or any data made available through it, by any automated means, including any robot, spider, scraper, crawler, script, headless browser, or other automated process, except through an API key issued to you by us and used within the limits of your plan;
(b) copy, harvest, extract, index, scrape, or compile any portion of the data returned by the Service, or use it to create, populate, verify, enrich, or contribute to any database, list, or derivative work;
(c) resell, sublicense, distribute, publish, or otherwise make available to any third party any data obtained through the Service, except as expressly permitted by us in writing;
(d) circumvent, disable, or attempt to defeat any rate limit, quota, access control, authentication measure, or usage restriction we apply, including by rotating or distributing requests across IP addresses, proxy services, user agents, accounts, devices, or sessions in order to exceed a limit that would otherwise apply;
(e) access any part of the Service disallowed by our robots.txt file, including paths under /api/, other than through an API key issued to you by us; or
(f) use the Service in any way that places an unreasonable or disproportionate load on our infrastructure, or on the third-party data sources on which the Service depends.
7. Free Lookup Tool and Automated Access
The single-number lookup tool offered on our website is provided free of charge for occasional, manual use by an individual evaluating the Service. It is not a free API, and it is not licensed for bulk, repeated, programmatic, automated, or commercial use of any kind.
Bulk and programmatic access to phone number data is available through a paid account and an API key. Automated or high-volume use of the free lookup tool is a breach of these Terms, whether or not it succeeds and whether or not any technical measure prevented it.
We may monitor use of the free lookup tool. Where we believe in good faith that traffic breaches this section, we may at our sole discretion and without notice rate limit it, suspend or block it, require registration, or return sample, placeholder, or otherwise non-authoritative results in place of live data. Any data returned in response to such traffic is provided without warranty of any kind, is not represented to be accurate, and may not be relied upon for any purpose, including any compliance, marketing, or do-not-call screening purpose.
You acknowledge that the data made available through the Service is licensed to us by third parties, is of commercial value, and is supplied to you at a per-use cost that we bear. Unauthorised extraction of that data causes us loss. Nothing in this section limits any other right or remedy available to us at law or in equity.
The free lookup tool is provided for evaluating the format and coverage of a Landline Remover result. It is a demonstration of the Service, not the Service itself. Results returned by the free lookup tool are provided on an as-is basis, without warranty of any kind, and may be incomplete, out of date, approximate, or otherwise inaccurate. They are not verified, they are not represented to match the result that a paid lookup would return for the same number, and they carry no service level of any kind.
Only lookups performed through a registered account against your purchased balance are provided as the paid Service and are covered by the representations made elsewhere in these Terms. You must not rely on a free lookup result for any compliance purpose, including any determination under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, any state telemarketing statute, or any Do Not Call obligation, and you must not resell, redistribute, or publish free lookup results or any work derived from them.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
All content included on the Service, such as text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of LandlineRemover.com .
9. Limitation of Liability
LandlineRemover.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of, or the inability to use, the Service.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms of Service.
11. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Your continued use of the Service after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Governing Law, Jurisdiction and Venue
These Terms, and any dispute, claim, or cause of action arising out of or relating to these Terms or to your use of the Service, whether framed in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions and without regard to your place of residence or the location from which you access the Service.
You agree that the exclusive venue for any action, suit, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or to the Service shall be the state courts sitting in Oakland County, Michigan, or the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts, and you waive any objection to venue in them and any defence that they are an inconvenient forum.
Nothing in this section limits our right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief, or to enforce these Terms, in any court of competent jurisdiction where doing so is necessary to protect the Service, the data made available through it, or our intellectual property, including against any person accessing the Service in breach of section 6 or section 7.
